Terms of Use
Last updated: May 26, 2026. These terms govern the scheduling, execution, and billing of all exterior pressure cleaning services completed by our local crew.
Key Commitments
Estimates: Valid for exactly 30 days from issued date unless stated otherwise.
Site Access: Client must provide clear access to a high-flow water outlet during service.
Liability: We protect all garden borders, but pre-existing loose mortar or peeling paint are excluded.
01. Scope of Services
We agree to perform the exterior washing, house softwashing, sandstone sealing, or gutter cleaning services detailed in your booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to these Terms of Use.
02. Water and Power Supply Requirements
Our pressure washing trucks carry buffer tanks, but require access to a functioning, high-flow external garden tap on the property to maintain safe operation. In the event that a water supply is not functional or accessible at the scheduled service window, extra delay charges may apply.
03. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due strictly upon completion of the service unless commercial invoice terms (typically 7 or 14 days) have been pre-arranged in writing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning window may incur a booking cancellation fee to offset lost technician dispatch times.
04. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians take extreme care to safeguard your property (including pre-wetting gardens to protect flora), we are not liable for:
- Damage to pre-existing fragile paint, rotted weatherboards, or loose concrete mortar joints.
- Minor water ingress through window seals that are improperly aligned or worn out.
- Pre-existing cracks in sandstone or concrete surfaces that split under high-pressure impact.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Any disputes relating to our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
